# StackTrekker Editorial

> The editorial team behind StackTrekker: how guides are written, checked, and updated.

StackTrekker's guides, fixes, comparisons, and templates are written and maintained by **StackTrekker Editorial**, the in-house editorial team behind this site.

**Short answer:** StackTrekker is published by **YK Proje**. A byline here means the article was written and checked by the editorial team, and the publisher is named openly rather than hidden behind a fictional persona. We do not publish individual author profiles with invented credentials.

## Who writes StackTrekker's guides?

The guides, fixes, and comparisons are written by the editorial team, then checked against the tool's own documentation and interface before publishing. Every article is written as numbered steps with copy-ready formulas, settings, and files, because a guide that describes a process in general terms is not usable at a desk. Where a detail cannot be verified, it is left out rather than guessed at.

## How is a guide checked before it is published?

| What we do | What we do not do |
|---|---|
| Name the publisher openly and byline the editorial team | Publish invented author credentials or fictional personas |
| Start from the tool's official documentation and its own interface | Guess at a setting, a menu path, or a formula |
| Show the date each article was last updated | Leave a guide undated or silently rewrite it |
| Correct mistakes and take reports at contact@stacktrekker.com | Leave a reported error in place |
| Disclose how the site is funded on the disclosure page | Hide a commercial relationship |

The table describes the standard, not a promise of perfection. Guides age: software menus move, plans change names, and a workflow that worked in one version can fail in the next. The date at the foot of each article tells you when it was last checked against the live product, and the corrections address is how a reader gets a fix started.

## Where can you verify this yourself?

- [Notion help guides](https://www.notion.com/help/guides): the vendor's own documentation for databases, relations, and rollups.
- [Zapier help center](https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us): triggers, filters, and webhook behaviour, from the source.
- [Google Docs editors help](https://support.google.com/docs/answer/3093318): spreadsheet functions, documented one by one.

See the [About page](/about/) for the full editorial standard, and the [disclosure page](/disclosure/) for how the site is funded.
