About

StackTrekker started with a simple observation: most people use about 20% of the software they pay for. The tools are powerful — the problem is nobody explains them in plain language.

StackTrekker is that explanation. We use the tools we write about: Notion workspaces we actually run, spreadsheets that track real projects, and Zapier automations that save real hours every week. Every guide is written by someone who has done the thing they’re describing — and every fix is a problem we’ve actually hit and solved.

What we cover

At launch, three areas:

  • Notion & Notes — workspace setups, templates, and sync fixes
  • Spreadsheets — Excel and Google Sheets formulas that actually get used
  • Automation — Zapier and Make.com workflows that hold up in real use

How we work

  • We test before we write. If a guide says “this works,” it’s because we did it.
  • We keep things current. Tools change constantly; we update articles when interfaces and features change, and every article shows its last-updated date.
  • We say what we’re paid for. When a post contains affiliate links, we tell you at the top — and links never change our recommendations.
